Important! Please note that any credits you purchase will remain valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this period, unused credits will expire and cannot be redeemed.

When you choose to process a media file, you confirm the following:

• You have requested and reviewed the previews generated from your file(s)

• You acknowledge and accept the quality and limitations of the AI-assisted enhancement as demonstrated in the preview.

In alignment with our company's commitment to ethics and privacy:

• We do not use your uploaded files to train our AI algorithms or for any purpose other than the automated processing to which you've agreed.

• We do not share your uploaded or processed files with third parties, except for our secure providers, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Scaleway, for the sole purpose of safe storage and processing.

Uploaded files are stored permanently where technically possible, to ensure users have continuous access to their content. This includes source files, processed files, and final outputs.

Please note that all files and associated order metadata will be permanently deleted if you choose to delete your order or your account.

Your personal data is protected under the GDPR (EU data protection regulation), regardless of your geographical location. We strictly adhere to these regulations and employ robust security measures to safeguard your data. For more detailed information, please review our Privacy notice.

We do not offer refunds unless there is a reasonable request due to major unexpected technical issues. If you encounter such a situation, please contact our customer support at hello@mago.studio for assistance.

Provisions outlined in this section are applicable to our style transfer and video transformation services.

We claim no rights for the content generated by our AI services. You retain full ownership of all outputs created using our platform and may use them for any purpose in accordance with these Terms of Service.
